Dr. Jeff Evancho is a public education leader, nonprofit founder, and partnership builder whose work sits at the intersection of learning design, educator development, and community-centered innovation. He serves as Director of Partnerships and Equity for Northgate School District and is the founder of the Pittsburgh Teaching and Learning Collaborative, where he works to expand access to high-quality professional learning for educators.
Jeff is also a co-leader of Agency by Design Pittsburgh, a research practice partnership that brings together educators from diverse learning environments to strengthen maker-centered learning, documentation, and assessment. His work has focused on helping educators identify what matters in student learning and create more thoughtful, equitable, and engaging educational experiences.
Across his roles, Jeff is known for building strong partnerships, designing meaningful professional learning experiences, and supporting educators as they cultivate school and classroom cultures rooted in deep thinking, creativity, and belonging.
